“The bond with inner divinity leads you the potential to be determined for your goals”

What does Jeevan Darshan tells about life ?

Jeevan Darshan says that our lives are sole journeys and we are sent on these divine paths to give our best efforts in achieving the tasks we are assigned for. Divinity has chosen us to lead the change in this world. We all are playing our roles in this eternal theater. Any state of affairs we are going through, whether happy or sad, they all are because of good or bad actions we had done in our previous lives. When we enter into new life, the manners and actions of our prior lives come along in the form of layers over layers due to which we forget the original nature of our souls which is Happy and Peaceful.

What leads to a happy and healthy life ?

Happiness and Health are compliment to each other. Happiness and peace together lead to a healthy life. The first step towards happiness is your focus that should stuck on yourself. When we prioritize the

opinions of others over our happiness the outcomes always lead to a distressed mind. One should keep thinking about themselves only. ‘Who we are and what we are here for’ should be your primary objective. One should ‘Accept’ whatever they have but should never ‘Expect’. The happiest times we spend are the one we spend with ourselves.

Five elements (Panch Mahabhuta) and body

Our body is made up of five elements Water, Earth, Fire, Air and Ether (Space). These elements are the building blocks of our body. Each of the five elements represents a state of matter in nature. Solid matter is classified as the “Earth” element. Water is everything that is liquid. Air is everything that is a gas. Fire is that part of Nature that transforms one state of matter into another. Ether is the mother of the other elements and is the basis of higher spiritual experiences. All of the creation is made up of the five elements in different proportions. The Human body is also the product of these 5 elements in different proportions. 72% water, 12% earth, 6% air, 4% fire and the rest is Ether. The “Prana” (vital force) in the human body is also directly connected to these 5 elements. The Law of Nature demands these elements to be in balance.

How imbalanced elements cause diseases

Imbalance of Water element : This is visible as excess mucus, cold, sinusitis, swelling of glands, edema of tissues, blood thinning or blood clotting.

Imbalance of Earth element : It shows itself as general weakness in the body, loss of calcium from bones, obesity, cholesterol, weight loss and weight gain, muscular diseases etc.

Imbalance of Fire element : It manifests as fever, skin diseases like inflammation, increased coldness or heat in body, excessive sweating, hyperacidity, slow digestion and absorption of nutrients, toxins in the body, diabetes etc.

Imbalance of Air element : This leads to skin dryness, blood pressure problems, lung disorders, dry cough, bloating, constipation, lethargy, insomnia, muscular spasms, depression, etc.

Imbalance of Space element : It is visible as Thyroid disorders, throat problems, speech disorders, epilepsy, madness, ear disorder etc.

BHUTA SHUDDHI (Cleansing Technique of Five Elements)

Yoga and Meditation is an ancient form of practice which was developed thousands of years ago in Indian society and since then it has been practiced continuously. Yoga creates a balance of physical and mental discipline to calm the body and mind. Yoga helps us in purifying these elements and restore balance and health. Cleansing techniques for the 5 elements are known as “Bhuta Shuddhi”. It is the process of unfolding the inner powers and abilities contained in each element. Yoga also offers techniques to master all these elements – known as “Bhuta Siddhi"

Awakening yourself

In the morning when you are about to wake up, take a deep breath before opening your eyes and let your inner self feel the Air element that we inhale in the form of oxygen and exhale in the form of carbon dioxide. Slowly open your eyes and look at our palms. Sit straight folding your hands and thank the divinity to grant you one more fresh and positive morning. Softly step on the floor and feel the divine earth with your feet. Greet with heart and feel the earth element. Take some water on your palm and wisely rinse your face. Let your skin feel the fresh vibrations of the water element. Wander around your balcony or veranda and embrace the eternal blue sky and feel the ether element around yourself. Take the bath and kneel before god. Light up a diya or candle and feel the fire element present in your surroundings. The brightness of the flames enlightens your life with brighter vibrations. Get in touch with these five elements of body and let their positive vibrations overwhelm your life that brings you health and happiness.
