SCF had organized a painting & dance competition for girls on "Women Empowerment" .In this program above 2800 girls were participated. To encourage and motivate the girls our Hon’ble Mrs. Napur Prasad Deputy Commissioner of Police Shahdara District  were present.This program was held in the association of Delhi Police.
